A. About the program:
The INSPIRA Member must register the Referral in the Invite section of the ACCESS portal, being indispensable the following data: first name/last name, telephone number and e-mail of the Referral.
The Referral cannot be a co-owner or a beneficiary of the Member's INSPIRA Elite Vacations® membership.
The Referral will receive an email invitation from INSPIRA Elite Vacations® explaining the benefits (25% discount on public rate in any ATELIER Playa Mujeres Resort category) of this offer and will be contacted by our Reservations Department to quote and book their trip.
This discount is limited to one reservation per Referral. The minimum number of nights to be booked will be three, and this rate is subject to entering the INSPIRA Elite Vacations® sales presentation.
This promotional discount is subject to the referral attending a sales presentation about the benefits of Inspira Elite Vacations®. Failure to attend this presentation will result in the general public rate being applied to the entire reserved stay under this promotion.
Nights booked by the Referral will not affect the Member's INSPIRA Elite Vacation’s® membership inventory.
Each INSPIRA Member will have 10 available Referral invitations per year. In the case that 1 referral becomes an INSPIRA Member, then the available invitations will be reset to 10.
When one of the Referrals decides to purchase an INSPIRA Elite Vacations® membership, the Member will receive $1,000USD in INSPIRA Travel Checks. This reward will only be granted if the referral acquires a membership during the stay of this promotion and will not apply for subsequent reservations.
INSPIRA Travel Checks will be issued 90 days after the purchase date of the new Membership (Referral) as long as the new Member is current with payments.
The INSPIRA Travel Check Balance will be used towards all future reservations as a mandatory condition, and optionally towards your Membership Balance or Resort Credit. The latter option will be available upon request.
INSPIRA Travel Checks are valid for 24 months from the time of issuance, if not used, they will expire and be removed from the Member's balance.
If the Referral cancels The Membership, the $1,000USD previously deposited to the Member will be deducted from the balance. This discount will be applied regardless of the length of time the Referral has maintained the membership.
In the event that the INSPIRA Member is behind payment schedule and/or decides to cancel the Membership, the INSPIRA Travel Check Balance will expire in its totality.

B. About the RESERVATION:
The INSPIRA Elite Vacations’® Reservations Department will contact the Referral to assist with the corresponding reservation.
Reservations with the INSPIRA Access discount are only valid for stays at ATELIER Playa Mujeres.
The Referral discount is limited to one reservation per Referral. (3-night minimum stay)
This benefit is not transferable.
As part of this benefit the Referral will have access to an effective 25% discount on the public rate registered in the site atelierdehoteles.com (at the moment of reservation) when booking in any category and without a maximum restriction of number of nights.
Transfer (ground transportation, to and from ATELIER Playa Mujeres) must be booked through our reservations department.
Any reservation will be subject to availability. It is recommended to make the reservation at least 2 months prior to the arrival date.
It is important that the Referral does not make travel arrangements until booking confirmation has been received from INSPIRA Elite Vacations’® Reservations Department, which will include cancellation and change policies.
Check-in and check-out times will depend on the resort's policies.
The number of guests in the room cannot exceed the maximum occupancy established by the Resort.
The Referral is responsible for any charges in addition to the stay and roundtrip transportation offered, including, but not limited to: room upgrades, seasonal upgrades, additional nights and persons, taxes, entertainment, food and beverages (outside all-inclusive package), air transportation, golf, excursions, tours, personal expenses and extra fees for use of amenities or facilities.
INSPIRA Elite Vacations® does not assume responsibility for any errors or losses including, but not limited to, death or damage to persons or property due to cancellation or delay of flights in transit to or from the destination due to acts of nature such as hurricanes and floods or mechanical, strikes, public disturbances, among others.
